I tryed it and found it is pretty much like all the other diet stuff. I couldn't see that it worked at all. It states that you can't eat after taking it. I couldn't see where it made me feel full, just jumpy and I couldn't sleep at night. I also just tryed Relacore, it states that it does not make you feel zittery. But it kept me from sleeping more than about 3 hours each night. I am very sensitive to any diet pill and have never found anything that worked. That is why I am learning all I can about the lap band. It seems to be the only thing that will work. Would love to hear from any of you that have found anything that has helped at all.
