I have been having my period for like 6 weeks. At first I was excited because I have PCOS and it came on it's own. It was very light and I didn't have to wear a pad or anything. BUT over the last 2 or 3 days it has gotten so heavy that I wonder if I'm bleeding to death or something. I have to change the tampon every 2 hours or so and it is getting gross. I can't have hormones for another 2 weeks because I just had surgery...I need some advice. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a chance it will go away on its own? Is this NORMAL for PCOS?
