I'm on day 3 of my liver shrinking and it's really not bad. I do wish the dietician would have let me know more about what to expect, that's why I'm hear. I'm excessively peeing and I'm sooooo thirsty. Those are not things she described would happen and I'm wondering if that is just part of it? So far no keto flu, but I do have a headache and she did say headache would be likely.
Second question, there's the chew meal that I'm supposed to do at the same time each day. I honestly don't feel like I even want it with all the shakes....Do I HAVE to eat it? I'm so full...
