Ever changing bra size

Ladies, how'd you navigate the ever changing bra size? Just cheap bras until things normalize? Sports bras?

I wasn't able to wear a bra for a few months. The ones I wore had to be way too big, because I couldn't handle anything putting pressure on my diaphragm. It still bothers me, but it's getting much bet

I ordered online a bra with no underwires. I could get them from Target or Walmart sometimes but I just ordered the next size down when I was at the smallest hook setting and still could get a finger

  • The upper top bit is awful. There is literally nothing there. I could probably fit my fist in there. I too wear full coverage. Everything else doesn't help. Still no regrets though.

I stuff the top empty section of my bras with tissues. (Never thought I’d ever have to stuff my bras!) Doesn't solve the problem but fills out the gathers in the upper cup a bit. I looked into chicken fillets & post mastectomy inserts but they’re the wrong shape for our problem.

Have to wear full cups as balcony bras, front opening, plunging, etc. just make the emptiness look worse & wrinkly.

my boobies are so sad after breastfeeding two kids. I wear a 42C and I imagine once I am 1yr post op I will be down to a B. I barely wear bras now I usually wear bralettes now. Once my weight stabilizes I am going to get a mommy makeover with a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

I've thrown out all of my pre-op bras, and for now have switched to a bra that is sized S-3XL because I have no idea what my bust or cup size I'm rockin'. I'll get fitted once my weight has stabilised later this year or early next year. Anyway, I found these on sale at Amazon in December, and they are comfortable, unfussy, easy to launder.
