Yes all foods sound terrible. Didn't anticipate this. Soft stage will hopefully be better with more choice. I really can't wait to be past feeling this way. I feel better knowing that I'm not alone. Hugs everyone.

Hi everyone, had my gastric sleeve yesterday. I was afraid that I would be scared and nervous, not at all. So far evening is good, didn't have any gas pressure (lucky me). Hopefully everything will be smooth at home too.

As I was saying this journey is individual to each of us. Many are experiencing Protein burnout, being waterlogged and other temporary bumps and snags. I am SO TIRED. Is anyone else not able to shake the fatigue? I'm just over 3 weeks out, on puree and eating more calories - roughly 500. I usually get my Protein goals in. liquids are hit or miss, but I normally hit that or close on most days. Maybe dehydration? Not sure. But, man, I could sleep all day.

Today I start my post-op liquids which is 7 days before my surgery date May 31. I am a revisioner (if that's a word) so the liquid diet is my least favorite part.

I made it for lunch today OMG it is so gooooooood. I was craving pizza and this has done it for me. Couldn’t eat much it it in a 4oz ramekin and only could eat a little less than 1/4 but man it’s good

Yep! I plan on modifying it as my stages advance. Some turkey meatballs or zucchini noodles would be really tasty. I made this for my family too; with garlic bread, and they loved it.

Oh my gosh, seriously! The doctor assured me me today that it's normal and will pass...eventually. Until then, ZzZz.
On a good note, my 3 week check-up went really well
