  2. Oh wow does he understand your goal for protein? And, your calorie intake has drastically reduced? Suggestion, maybe if you post a diary in your kitchen of what you are eating daily, then he may be able to understand. Good luck!!
  3. Surgery done on May 31st and it went good. My doctor was pleased. I took a nausea pill before surgery and a patch was placed behind my ear for nausea. So no nausea for me!! I stayed overnight and walked every 2 hours. I am able to keep liquids down with no problem but I get full quickly. I had revision surgery distal bypass. I am sore but I take the liquid Tylenol for that. I'm not hungry, but I am sipping on Premier Protein clear and the milky Protein Premier.
  4. Today I start my post-op liquids which is 7 days before my surgery date May 31. I am a revisioner (if that's a word) so the liquid diet is my least favorite part.
