I went to the gym last night. I walked for 30 minutes. I am going back tonight to walk another 30 minutes. I will do the weights starting on the 14th along with walking. I am determined I need more then just the food to get this weight off. The people I see losing and looking good with little to no hanging skin excercised.

So I dont want all the hanging skin if I can help it so I am going to excercise.

I am also marking it on my calander every day I work out and every day I weigh. SO I can get my rewards. lol

Since the gym won't let me on the equipment until my doctor's letter gets here . . . and my swimsuit hasn't arrived yet, I've been walking at lunchtime the last couple days for 45 minutes . . . I have to keep moving too!

I went for my second post-op yesterday and have lost another 4 pounds... that makes a total of TWENTY-FOUR pounds! Yippie!!!!!!!!!! I seriously think this is the first time I have LOST weight over the holidays!:clap2:

Hi Folks, I won't get my band until late March, in Mexico, but the patient coordinator told me to go ahead and start the pre-op diet, so as of today, I am officially on my way! I am not scared at all, just wish the surgery was sooner. I am quite committed to making this work, using the new tool as it was meant to be used, and to come out of this a much healthier, happier person.

That's great, but you're posting in the wrong area. Try reposting this in and "Introductions" thread.
