Too much of a fill

I had a fill over a month ago, about 2cc.

Well anyway a week or so after the fill, when I eat, I can just open my

mouth and everything can come right back up with slime(SORRY) I do

try to chew, chew,chew

I half way thing, this is sort of good thing with the holidays here, I definely wont be overeating.

I am thinking about having some remove after Xmas.

Is this overfill or what?

Yes, could be an overfill or you may be eating too fast or too big of a bite. I would change those things first. There are 2 types of tightness, tightness to liquids which is bad and tightness to solids. If you don't mind eating a softer diet and you still lose that may be okay. It is up to you. Good luck.
