Snack Ideas

Hello I am looking for some different snack ideas? I have pretty much been eating the same things. I am 9 months out so I can eat pretty much anything. I used to eat apples with PB or AB but now the apples are bothering my belly. I eat cukes with cottage cheese, and a lot of raw almonds and walnuts. I don't do hummus as that bothers me also. Just hoping to see what you guys are suggesting. Thanks

Costco sells big bags of organic roasted & salted pumpkin seeds. They are delish!

My blood pressure now tends to run low so it’s a salt free for all for me :)

I eat much of the same thing most days of the week. Morning snack is a serving of roasted pumpkin seeds, afternoon is Dannon Light-n-Fit yogurt.

At Sam’s Club, my husband likes me to buy one container of unsalted cashew nuts and another of salted deluxe mix nuts, then mix them together well. That way we’re not getting as much sodium.

Oh that's a good idea. I have been eating all raw ones, but I do miss the salt.
