Post op surgery was on March 22 , week 4 I’m hungry hungry

Well I’ve had a rough deal with surgery, but it seems like everything my body rejects it’s hard to get enough protein and drink my liquids for the day . Most time I’m just to tired to get out of bed .....

Have you talked to your surgery center? I haven't had surgery yet, but from what I've seen here, at four weeks out it seems like you should be able to get some food/liquids down.

I'm so sorry you are struggling. At 4 weeks I was eating:

  • Greek yogurt - I liked the Fage Blueberry
  • Beans: Pureed with cheese and onions
  • Very soft scrambled eggs
  • Cream soups (no lumps)
  • Cream of wheat with cheese and thyme
  • Protein smoothies
