Go straight to the doctor. This is not normal at all.

Vomiting blood should never be ignored or taken lightly. Call your surgeon's office and when the answering service picks up, ask for the doctor on call. Then describe exactly what is happening. They may tell you to go the ER. If you can't reach anyone (or you just don't have the energy to jump through the hoops to talk to a doctor), then just go. I'm praying for you! Hugs. ?
