Nationwide Employee does my insurance cover?

Hey y’all! I’m an eager beaver ?!!! I start my new job at Nationwide call center in April 5th! I’ve already started the process to get gastric sleeve done but I hit a road block when my current employers insurance does not cover the surgery at all!!
Does anyone know if Nationwide’s insurance cover the surgery??
