Hi there!

You should definitely give your program a call to check. We all have different programs and their individual components are balanced based on the whole.

So some can eat lots of things early, but have other restrictions. What I mean is if we combined everything we were allowed early on, we could eat anything in any amount.

Remember the focus: fluids are your top priority. Proteins second. Experiment with (sugar-free) fluids as allowed in your program, and definitely give them a call tomorrow if you're all out of options.

As for encouragement: you already did all the hard work! :) I'm sure you can do the next few weeks, and before you know it, you'll be all well again, and on your path to a lighter future.

you should call your clinic and ask them what you can eat. I didn't eat any fruit for the first month or so.
