It's actually a good thing! Means you're not completely dehydrated :) One of these days, you'll see a great loss. It may be a few days, though. Just go with the flow :)

    yep - the IV fluids. Some people gain as much as 10 lbs from it! Should be gone sometime within the first week.

    Just stay off the scale for a couple of weeks. Right after surgery your body is in recovery and there may be some crazy fluctuations. You will lose, don't worry!
