2 week pre op how did you guys feel.?

Hello guys how do you guys feel with just liquid diet 2 week before surgery as for me im only allowed protein shakes, I am feeling light headed and nauseous is this normal the first days im on day 2?

  • It gets better on day 3. You might want to try a different shake (unless your surgeon tells you what shake to use). I used Premier Protein shakes primarily and also had Swanson Bone Broth and jello.

  • I start mine Monday and will only be doing 7 days. I'm going to try and keep my eye on the prize. Hang in there!

    I'm on day 3 of my pre-op diet and today has been much better than the previous 2. My surgery is scheduled for Dec 14th!!! You got this!

Currently on day 3 of Clear Liquids for my surgery 12/28 and feeling lightheaded and tired and also kinda worried how I’m going to be able to do this for 11 more days...one day at a time I guess! good luck to you!!!
