My liquid diet included shakes, sugar free or fat free versions of pudding, Jello, popsicles, soup broth, gatorade, yogurt and milk.

I like chicken broth since it reminds me of food but the sodium was making my head hurt. So I added some water and it’s not the same but no headaches. I’ve been drinking protein shakes and eating different flavors of sugar free jello.
