Please help when can I have peanut butter I’ve Been Craving it so bad I also want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but I know I have a very longggggggggg time before I can have Bread but when can i just have Like A Spoon Of Just peanut butter ?

Ah what about adding some PB2 powder to a protein shake, I mean you're still pretty new and it might not go over well with your stomach.

I was going to suggest PB2 as well, but I will say this too - cravings can drive anyone crazy, but giving into them now, so early in the game, will make it that much harder to resist later on. I say this as someone who just got out of a gastric bypass revision for a failed sleeve which failed mostly because I caved to my addictions (chocolate specifically) which lead to falling off the wagon entirely.

What about peanut flavored protein powder? Give it a try.
