Hi, me again! I was wondering if anyone had any post-op anxiety. I just experienced it and have now idea how to control it. It doesn’t help that I’ve also been trying to google doctor myself with all the side effects of the surgery, so I’m also very paranoid.

What type of anxiety symptoms are you having?

Its Called Head games - Life has changed - You are getting healthy and should be getting happy. All of us have gone thru a big change, I am no Doctor but I think it is hormones, and the shock and Awe to the body.

You have a dog go walk him, Go do whatever you enjoy and want to do, No reason to be anxious all the time.

I crashed hard after my surgery so stay on top of it
