  1. I’m just starting my 4th week post op, and it has been rough, but I’m now currently dealing with insane migraines for about a week straight now and have no idea how to handle them. I was released from the hospital last week after being treated for dehydration and lack of vitamins. I’ve kept up my liquid intake, have started eating soft proteins and kept up with my vitamins as well. Has anyone dealt with migraines like this before?
  2. Hi, me again! I was wondering if anyone had any post-op anxiety. I just experienced it and have now idea how to control it. It doesn’t help that I’ve also been trying to google doctor myself with all the side effects of the surgery, so I’m also very paranoid.
  3. I had the Gastric Sleeve and I wasn’t sure if cramps are normal
  4. Hello, I just had my surgery yesterday 01/20, and was wondering if stomach cramps are normal? They really hurt, and all I’ve drank is water and sips of chicken broth.
