Migraines

I’m just starting my 4th week post op, and it has been rough, but I’m now currently dealing with insane migraines for about a week straight now and have no idea how to handle them. I was released from the hospital last week after being treated for dehydration and lack of vitamins. I’ve kept up my liquid intake, have started eating soft proteins and kept up with my vitamins as well. Has anyone dealt with migraines like this before?

I deal with migraines but have had them since I'm a teen. There are many different triggers for migraines and no 2 ppl are the same. Dehydrated and messed up hormones might be a trigger for you. As for what helps I buy lavender cooking patches that go on forhead, and lots of sleep. The longest I had them last at a time was 2 weeks.

I deal with migraines, but they're not related to my weight loss surgery. I take Cambria powder (prescription from Neurologist) whenever I feel a migraine coming on. I think I'm getting one this morning. Yuck. They're debilitating.
