I am 40 years old. I have never been in any sort of romantic relationship. I have never done any kissing or any other activities of that nature. I have only been on one actual date, as in actually going out with a woman for the purposes of potential romance.

I did have some relationships as a kid..

Have had a few casual "encounters" but nothing real or serious at all..

I really hope all this weight loss will help me gain confidence and meet someone before I'm 40 too.

I have two female friends, one is 77 and one is 53 who have never been married or in any kind of serious live-in relationship or anything. My brother is 58 and has never been married or lived with anyone although he's been "dating" the same woman for 15+ years.
