I have to make an emergency trip to Canada to be with family, and I'm on week 4 soft foods. To make sure I'm getting enough protein in, I'm still drinking a Premier shake every day, but I could bring any in my luggage.

Anyone know if these are available in Canada?

If you don't find it, you can portion out protein powder in little baggies and pack it in our suitcase or carryon. Then you can just mix with water, or in the case of soups, pack some unflavored. I traveled recently, and brought instant soup and added protein powder to it. Good luck!

that works for sure. Or some protein powders are available in individual packets. I've often taken them on trips.

Hiya! You can get Premier Protein (ready-to-drink) easily in T.O. I've seen them everywhere...it's probably cheapest at Costco, but if you don't have a membership, Walmart is your next cheapest bet if its not on sale anywhere else
