I'm going to try this posting. This was the night before my surgery, May 1. The other one was taken Nov. 28, with my daughter: whose due in May and my husband Ernie.

Not sure I did this correctly, but I'll try! First pic was taken in January 2002 (I didn't allow pictures at my highest weight when I was sober!) at about 310 pounds. The second was taken in August, at about 240, though I've lost more since then.

I'm down a little over 60 lbs now. I had to get half of my fill taken out (no big emergency) just had a bad sensitivity to it and my doctor wanted to take caution so he gave me a break for a few weeks. Anyway, here is a before and after headshot so far. Obviously the one on the left is me 2 weeks before my surgery. And the one on the right was taken last week.

I haven't lost anything since my last photos were posted, but as I'm coming up on my 1 year bandiversary I thought I'd post some new comparisons. I hope you enjoy!

This first picture is from Christmas 2006... it was when I saw this that I knew I had to do something more drastic than Weight Watchers.

This picture is from October 2007. I was pre-op at this time and weighed in at 282 pounds.

This is me last weekend... Christmas 2008. 85 pounds lost in 11.5 months. My bandiversary is December 18. I am wearing a size 14 jean in this picture, I was in a 24/26 last year. I feel like a new woman! I can't wait to see where year two takes me on this journey.

My photos are actually from only 8 months after banding!!!

Here are some recent before and Now pics. I am 11 pds from goal ! Before picture, I was at 250 Plus taken about 5 yrs ago. "Now" picture was taken today in my NEW Designer Jeans Size 7!

Ok I cant believe I am about to post this pic. I saw it today and it made me cry, I didn't realize how huge I was! I was tagged in this pic and always tried not to look at it until today! I asked my mom why she never told me how big I was, she said "because I love you and knew you would be hurt if I were to be honest with you"...oh well here it goes. I was banded on October 8, 2008 and so far down almost 70 pounds. The latest pic was taken on xmas 2008 and the other summer 08. ugh I hate that summer picture.
