Having a hard time drinking all ten Water required. How have you managed?

At first.. I didn't.

Just do your best. When you can increase do it. But don't hurt yourself. You're probably in enough pain. Hang in there, it all gets easier and less painful.

I woke up between 4:30 and 5am each morning and drank steadily until 10-11pm. It took focus and timing. It MUST be done.

Honestly, I walked around the entire length and breadth of my home with a bottled water in hand sipping as I walked. Rested as I finished one bottle after the other. And I knew I needed 16 oz bottles a day. So spaced out throughout the day when not getting proteins in. I was NEVER thirsty for the water, just drank out of necessity. Also, infused water with fruits such as HINT went down easier.

Go luck and JUST DO IT. Better days ahead ??
