3 week post-op pain

I’m 3 weeks out of the sleeve surgery and I’ve been experiencing sharp pain on my left side under the rib area. It comes and goes, and the pain can be more dull as well. It is not related to eating because I had several sharp pangs this morning before breakfast.

Anyone else experience this? Should I be concerned?

Could be gas. Could be poop. If it keeps up call the doc. Any bad problem is usually accompanied by inability to keep fluids down, severe nausea, no poops, intense pain (sudden onset)...
