Has anyone decided to get Medical ID jewelry that includes your Bariatric surgery (and other conditions as well) ?

I got one at an engraving place in the middle of the mall. They had all kinds of jewelry and they engraved my medical emergency info on it.

Yes, I got one from Lauren's Hope. Great company with lots of choices. Says Gastric Bypass, no sugars. NSAIDS, or blind ng tube.
