Leg pain

Tomorrow is the big day. On Sunday afternoon, I started getting pain in my right leg. It feels like I ran 40 miles carrying 100 pounds of weight on my right leg. I'm not sure if it might be from dehydration or maybe because I'm not getting my usual vitamins since I've been on the diet. It feels better sometimes. But there is no pattern to it. Anyone else have fun leg pain?
