Even though today is a fasting holiday for me I need 3 small meals with 1/2 a protein shake to stay healthy. I'll be way below my calories but I'll make up for it tomorrow! Breakfast: Triple ze
I'm 5 weeks out from surgery. My NUT just told me to increase my calories to minimum of 800 per day as I've been plateaued. She is suggesting 4 meals per day at approx 3 ounces each. Today my plate looks like this:
B: 1% cottage cheese with cinnamon with a small piece of fresh pear.
Mid morn: Hard boiled egg with lf mayo and mustard (basically a devilled egg)
L: Home made turkey chili with beans and turkey jerky
Mid aft: Premier Protein Shake
Dinner: Boneless/Skinless chicken thighs and steamed green beans
87 grams protein/74 grams carbs/39 grams fat
