My surgery is on the 03/26/19, however I just drank Raspberry Ice Tea, not sugar free with 2 chicken, chips and guacamole. Is this considered cheating cuz I am now worry.

I start my Full Clear Liquid Phase on Sunday through Monday. NPO on Tuesday. I’m worry that cheating will delay my surgery. ?

You will be okay. People really beat each other up on this forum. You obviously know this wasn't on the plan. We are not going to be perfect 100% of the time. The best mentality to have is, "okay, I s

Are cream Soups like Tomato Soup allowed on the pre op diet? Or is it just clear soups?

It is very individual to different programs, so no one can really say. Most pre-op diets (for those who have them - not everyone does) are notionally to help shrink or improve the texture of the liver, which fundamentally just needs a low carbohydrate diet (so consider that in what is in the soup you are considering) but does not require a liquid diet. That is done for other reasons that one can only guess at, though some say that it is to help get you used to a liquid diet post-op (which never made sense to me as you likely won't feel like much of anything else for a while anyway - even though I was allowed soft foods right out of the box. Go figure.)

I cheated a few times on my pre-op diet and still managed to lose weight by my weigh in. Pre-op diet is really hard, much harder than the post-op. Get back on plan ASAP and everything should work out fine. Of course I’m not your doctor, and I’m not saying it is okay, just get back on plan and stick it out. It will be over soon.

I would go with clears like broth, Tomato Soup is infamous for its high sugar/carb content, many a Bari- pal has had a crash landing into dumping with Mr Red and liquid!
