I mostly used Premier Protein shakes and Protein20 waters. Don't stock up on a lot of one thing, get a variety because your tastes may change after surgery. Good luck!

I bought the Premier Protein shakes chocolate flavor as it is the only flavor of shakes I drink. I like them. My shopping list from my bariatric teams recommended few others. If I do not like them

I love Genpro unflavored protein powder. You can literally put it in ANYTHING and you can't tell. I add it to flavored water, coffee, any flavor of broth, yogurt, cottage cheese I could go on and on. It really opens up your flavor options!

I never had an issue drinking tap water after surgery but some people did due to an off taste. They used the Mio sugar free flavors and bought 3-4 different brands of bottled water. I did the same but never had to use them.
Thanks much
