Hi guys! I just had my surgery Wednesday! I’m still trying to figure out how to get all my liquids in so I don’t dehydrate. I’m worried about it now that I’m home!!
They want me doing 2 (30-gram) protein shakes and 1 light meal a day starting tomorrow. Plus 64 oz of water.
Where are you having yours done ?

I havent been able to get the protein or fluids in, well not as much as the diet calls for. It has been slow going so far.

I’m worried about getting all my fluids in as well! It’s slow going!!
My nut let me know those intakes were goals and would not be achievable right after surgery. My surgeon told me while I was still in the hospital to try to get in 6 oz every hour I was awake. Just keep sipping. You’ll get there!

I was sleeved on the 20th also.... no gas, no nausea, I honestly feel great!!! I go back to work on Tuesday, I’m going stir crazy being at home ? Hopefully we can keep in touch
