Smoking

I had a question, can you smoke omit for pain killers when I come home? I don't mind having it at the hospital, but once I'm home can I smoke marijuana for pain? I really don't like pills ever since I had a pill addiction in 2002. Does anyone smoke weed on here, ONLY for pain?

I can't answer about the weed, but I can tell you I had no pain post-op except for muscle soreness. Wasn't even worth taking Tylenol for. Just felt like I did a billion sit-ups. You'd think this kind of surgery would be painful, but it really isn't... at least in my experience. Tylenol is all they said to take. I had an rx for Percocet but took 2 or 3 just for the hell of it and it didn't do anything to help with muscle soreness. The soreness is totally bearable. I never had gas pain either, but pain meds wouldn't help with that anyways... just walking and farting.
