Hey guys so this is my 3rd try at my surgery, 3rd is the charm. My surgery is scheduled for March 14th. I can't wait, I will be in my new home next week. No more excuses. I'm doing a no carb no sugar diet, I lost 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks. I'm hoping by March I will be 30 pounds less, the less incisions the less pain.

Hi everyone I was supposed to have surgery next Monday the 7th, but my surgeon isn't accepting my Psychiatrist clearance, so I have to make a new appointment with a new Psychiatrist, which will be on January 3rd, has anyone went thru this? I also stopped doing my liquid diet as of today

Hey guys I'm currently on my 3rd day of my liquid diet and was wondering does anyone have a tip for good protein shakes? I'm doing the fusion powder ones where you add lactaid milk to it and it has been getting me sick and making my stomach hurt. I'm doing everything else with no problem, but it's the protein. I'd appreciate it. T-minus 12 days til my surgery
