    That's great I'm 237 looking for goal weight of 150

    I started out at 270 I am 150 now. At first my goal was 130 but I talked with my primary doctor and surgeon and we all agree 145 is my goal weight. I feel I would be too skinny and unhealthy looking at 130.

    Thats good I'm a little bit nervous of the after effects from waking up as I saw a lot of people on YouTube with the testimonials
