Tailoring workout advice requested!

Of all the things I expected to suffer in aesthetics from my surgery, I have to admit I kind of didn’t see my bum turning into this totally flat uninteresting thing! I kid you not LEGGINGS fall down with nothing to hold on to. WTH do I do?!?

I’m running, I’m doing kettleball swings, I do an obscene amount of squats, and I pretty much use lunges as a viable form of transportation. What else can I do to save my poor bum?!? I know time will tone things up but if there are any workouts you guys can think of I’d be super interested in hearing about them!

Literally cannot keep pants up! #saggybottomjeans

Any workout advice would be appreciated!

Better quote would be, "don't make eye contact unless you mean it."

You might need to change how you do your current exercises. "HIGH, WIDE" is what I know for glutes. For example, if using a leg press, keep feet high as possible, and keep they wide. Low narrow focuses on your quads. You may also want to change what sort of exercises you do on machines bas well. You might want to do low reps, high weights. Toning a small amount of muscle won't help your situation. Don't get rid of toning exercises, but add in some bulking ones. Just remember that reps, weight used and legs placement all have a factor.

You'll get some Google hits for "how to bulk glutes"
