Can someone show me a light at the end of the hair loss tunnel?

Is there anyone out there who experienced significant hair loss, who can tell me how long the shedding lasted, how long it took for the new growth to begin, and how long it took for their hair to return to normal? Pleeeeeeaaase? Thanks in advance!

  • Biotin vitamins and caffeine shampoo and conditioner. The difference has been amazing. I got the biotin tablets on amazon. Hair is now filly restored, very shiny and looks great.

  • @josephsmom: I've heard that our hair grows in 3-6 month cycles, so if someone is currently losing hair, it's likely that their nutrition several months back may be a contributing factor. For VSG

I have similar story with loss occuring approximately month 4 thru month 7. I now have new growth at about 1 inch. Makes for some bad hair days for sure. I meet 50 g protein daily, took biotin from the beginning and religiously take my multi-vitamins. Hair loss was due to the body shock that others explained. There is light at the tunnel but definitely felt like I was going bald there for a while.
