If you're having the traditional DS, I'm afraid patches don't work. You might look into returning them and purchasing tablets or capsules (not gel caps as we don't absorb the oil).

Hey y'all, just wondering what everyone takes as in vitamins after DS. I am 6 months post op
I am on 3 multi vitamins a day, an extra 45 mg of iron pill, and 1800 mg of calcium ( 4 chews a day) I also take a biotin... any idea what a good dose of biotin should be ?
