Can I wash the brace?

Hey who's joking? I'm dead serious dude! LOL. I wake up thinking of one and every time I look in the mirror I shrug, say "Meh," wish for a waist trainer, then spit in my hand and turn around 3 times.

(Oh and I don't want a girdle. I want one of those magic Susan Somers contraptions like a thigh master that will help me burn fat off my waist and shape it!)

My hospital gave me a binder and it has helped with pain too!!! Especially when the weight comes off and your back is in shock without the fat helping to support your spine. I wear mine every day!!!
