I don't understand!!!

So I posted before because after I got home from surgery I wasn't losing any weight and for 3 weeks, not a pound. Then finally by my one month anniversary I was losing a lbs a day. I weigh myself on Sunday, but I just happen to hop on this morning and wish I didn't, I gained 3 lbs in 3 days. I'm utterly deviatated and beyond depressed. Needless to say I hid the scale from myself, but tomorrow I have to go to my dietitian's appointment a failure.

For those answering with RNY what should one expect to lose the first 30-60 days

And in the first weeks
I don't know how you eat 1000 calories. I'm about 6 weeks post-op there are some days where I have trouble getting in 600-700!!

But some people don't need that much, obviously I do. I added snacks like pumpkin seeds or Turkey jerky and I'll have a shake around 4 if I am not near my protein goal, that's added calories as well.

As far as how much to expect to lose in the first 30 days, it's so different from person to person. Plus, you will have stalls. It took about a year for me to lose about 130. Then I slowly lost the rest, and now I've been maintaining about 155 pounds lost for a year, and now recently I've lost about another 5 pounds. I do notice the more protein I eat and drink more water, the more weight I lose.
