I am a nurse too, SICU, we often have to pull up patients in bed who weigh much more than me. So I talked my doctor to writing a note for 6 whole weeks off. It is the best thing I could have imagined. I am able to walk everyday, rest when I need to, enjoy the fall. I am still having trouble figuring out what I can eat, just had a tiny portion of meat loaf and potatoes, threw it up about 15 minutes later. Don't go back to work too soon!
