Two days and I will be sleeved, can I have some advise of what works and what doesn't.

I have a almost two years old,when will I be able to be active and lift her again?

Also not required to do a pre-op diet.

How much has everyone lost first month?

1 week post op appt is Wednesday so no weigh in yet. But as far as lifting I don’t think you’ll be able to pick her up for a little while ?. But then again you may bounce back sooner. Ask you surgeon before they take you back just to have a firm answer. Good luck on ur surgery! Popsicles, jello and ice chips are amazing once your cleared to have liquids again after surgery. Hospital broth is disgusting ?. Don’t be afraid to push that pain button when it’s available seriously!!!
