Follow up with your surgeon just to be sure, but I'd suggest Milk of Magnesia. It's not uncommon to still not have gone at this point, but much longer you will definitely want to seek medical attentio
I’m starving already and the liquids aren’t really cutting it. There’s so much conflicting info around what to eat, even in my own stuff I got from the surgeon. Has anyone gone straight to soft foods? I’ve had yoghurt, chicken soup with bits and all went down okay.
