My liver diet was very strict. 4 protein drinks a day (brand specific too) and half cup of vegetables (from a list of 6 to pick from) that’s it. This was hardest part of surgery for me. Smells from family & coworkers lunches/dinners was excruciating. I basically stayed away from everyone during those 10 days

What 6 vegetable, could you have? Basically I can have any, probably, will cook or broil as I need them softened, just no corn, peas, or potatoes.

I'm so jealous of those who can eat veggies on the pre-op diet. Mine only allows liquids. Hope I can stay strong and sane.

What do you plan to say if your girlfriends notice that you've lost close to 50lbs? Are you going to make up something or tell them the truth?

Are you afraid of what others will say and you really don't welcome their opinions? Some people can say the most thoughtless of things.

Here is a screen shot of mine

Do you know the name of it?

On my shelf, yes the one where the cookies, crackers chips and pretzels used to live, I have two kinds 9f bone, a vegetable stock, and coconut milk.
Is it a national brand store offering or just a local market? It looks and sounds so good.?

It's an east coast grocery chain. I could not find a way to purchase it online.

Thanks! Oh how I wish there was a Wegmans near me. I love their stores.

There are on Virginia, MD , NY , MA and think either New Jersey or Pennsylvania, so see I don't have any Wegmans either. I don't even have Meijer or Giant 3agle, there are at least 30 miles away. I have. Krogers, Wal-Mart and an IGA and we have 20,000 people population.
Anything low carb is good, the absence or very low carbs help MrLiver shrink better.,Every week, you are on a liver-shrinking diet your liver losses 2.4% of its bulk, So you will give yourself a easier quicker to heal from surgery. Come On lets do this together, we will gain a victory!?
