Arm & leg aches at night on Pre-op liquid diet

I am scheduled for surgery on 8/2 and am on day 9 of my 14 day Pre-op liquid diet. At night I am having arm and leg aches making it difficult to sleep. Has anyone else experienced this?

      Yes. Usually for me that means my electrolytes aren't balanced. Drink some broth and double check the amount of magnesium in your vitamins. A quick fix for me is Powerade Zero when this happen
