  1. Hi Everyone! It has been a while. I'm now about 88 lbs down, but have been stuck losing and gaining the same 5 pounds since January. A bit frustrated, but that's where I am with it. This year has been incredible. My confidence has grown, as has my energy level. I still have about 50 lbs to go before I reach my ideal weight. I don't know if that's plausible at this point, but I'm hopeful. In an effort to boost my loss, I've gone back to very low carb, high protein and have increased my activity a HUGE amount. Hopefully it pays off.
  2. Yes. Usually for me that means my electrolytes aren't balanced. Drink some broth and double check the amount of magnesium in your vitamins. A quick fix for me is Powerade Zero when this happens.
