I am so exited!!!! I got a call yesterday Monday 07/09 and was informed that my insurance has approved me for surgery. Today I got a call to schedule.....so quick....I am scheduled for pre op testing and surgery is scheduled for 07/27/18!!!! I am so ready for my life to start over and enjoy life again!!!

Not sure yet, I go in for pre op testing on 07/18, that's 9 days before surgery. I should find out on 07/18.

Tuesday July 17 meet with Dr Needleman my Bariatric Surgeon 11:15am Martha Morehouse Pavillion 2050 Kenny Road Columbus Ohio
And after that my Surgery? Date is scheduled.???

Just to follow up with you JessieGrace319 I am only on a liquid diet the day before surgery. Surgery next Friday discharge on Saturday providing I am holding down liquids

I hope so, gonna be a struggle,i had the option of 2,3,or 4 week,,i chose,4 because doctor and dietician said I would heal quicker and smoother, and lessen the amount,or surgical stress on me. At72 I'll grasp at any straws. Plus I wouldn't want him to have to switch to open because he couldn't pry my NASH liver out of the way in any,other manner. Oh it wouldn't be the end of the world, I had a right paramedian back in 1984, But,a lot water under the bridge since then and who knows if I would do that good now? So let him perform his laprascopic magic like he planned, he will be happy and by,extension I will be too.
