How was your first weeks on liquids? I've read so many different experiences. I hope it went good for you...I am trying to mentally prepare myself for when I have my surgery, I'm counting down...

I'm also going to share the name of this cookbook I was given by my insurance...GREAT recipies for all stages...

Isn't it great?? Now I can plug my air fryer back in and eat....so nice to just chew, chew, chew chicken instead of puree!!!

I made Turkey Chilli and Turkey meatloaf......it was pretty good....

Yay!!! I'm having a hard time finding good soup for the liquid diet!!! Any suggestions??

First week was decent because I literally didn’t want or desire anything. The gas trapped made it undesirable you know but once I started walking it was easier

I actually didn’t have the purée phase which makes this transition huge! But I’m excited to get all this great stuff from you!

I didn’t chicken noodle for the broth like 2 times I mainly did water and Gatorade. Barely any protein because I could get it down!! I survived barely lol

That's great! The first week seems to be a little rough for most based on what I've read but you have passed that and on your way to the finish line...YES!! Can't wait to join you real soon.
