This was me last year....exactly....well.....I was only 9 weeks post when I went....but I was told.... straight no mixers or champagne....slow to make sure it didn't sneak up on me....I found out in Vegas that if I drink....any kind and of sugar literally puts me to sleep....lol....but enjoy and have fun....almonds...and cheese.... -

NT said that caffeine simple dehydrates you....if you need caffeine....drink a bottle of water afterwards.....when she said that...lol....my a$$ didn't even want the coffee anymore....It's a mental thing.....we want what we aren't supposed to have.... -
Going to Vegas in a few weeks....my advice was get a little Mio squeeze bottle to flavor all the liquor I'm going to drink....go all protein if possible....and drink at least 4 bottles of water a day.... finally enjoy because the sleeve ain't going anywhere....

It's a marathon not a sprint.... Are your clothes looser? Do you feel lighter? Do you sleep better? Are you mentally happier? My advise to beating any plateau is to eat a few more calories....let your body adapt.... starvation eventually catches up...you have to take care of your body.... -
Moderate cardio, but 6 days a week in the weight room and the sleeve is doing it's thing.... everything is tightened up like I needs too....I recommend everyone go easy on overdoing cardio and get in the weight room..... There's an app called JETFIT that let's you select workouts based on experience and tolorence.....get strong and healthier.... 7 weeks Post op....
