Well I’ve lost 65 pounds since my July sleeve. But now I’ve hit a plateau for about two weeks now. This is the most frustrating thing ever!!! I’ve gone back to cutting down my calories so I’m hoping this will pass soon.

Im Losing a lot of hair also

I 2nd that. Right down the center of my head like a reverse mohawk. I havn't cut my hair in 2 years but am starting to become really tempted to give myself a baldy. What is collagen, well what do you buy to add it? Just had a follow up with my NP today and doing good. A little low on Vit-A and Protein but it's higher than my last visit. Go back in 2 months for my 6 month.

Where do you buy lysine?

I am in the same boat. Losing hair like crazy. I hate combing my hair after I shower. I could probably go into wig making with all the hair that is coming out :-) Started at exactly 3 months. From what I have read it only last a few months and should stop by month 6. Not sure if much can be done now but if anyone finds something, vitamins, supplements that will help, please share!!!! Great work on all the Weight loss everyone!!! I’m down almost 50 and feeling amazing!!!!

I have hit the one hundreds at 196!!!! woohoo.... day of surgery was 248.. so i'm slow and steady. Lots of hanging skin ugh need to tone and get to gym more...swam on wednesday that was nice. Since the start of first initial appt w/ surgeon i am down 70 lbs. I just feel so much better and energized and while my life is super busy, i try to walk at work as much as possible which is easy for me in my job. Similarly to others my hair is a huge issue. Its so straw like and brittle and falls out non stop UGH!!!!! Wish everyone a great success story never stop pushing yourself must do more of than and have self control as i do treat myself on occasion I hear thats ok. Just cant over do it

You sound like me. I’m stalled at 64 pounds down. Trying to stay motivated.

I hit 195 a couple of weeks ago but I'm struggling to get in my protein and water. I need a good kick in the butt.

I lost 55lbs since my post-op june 4th 2018.

Weight loss was on stall for like 3 4 weeks. I feel like i eat a lot but i count calories between 800 to 1200. I don't know what to do about it. I am too depressed with my progress . My hair loss is crazy.

Me, too. I've plateaued at 52# for 4 weeks and am so demoralized. Earlier I plateaued for two weeks and thought THAT was the pits. Geesh. I'm ready to go back to Square One with broth and protein drinks. My next appt. is Nov. 30 so I will ask for a pep talk, if nothing else. The hair loss is also depressing. I didn't think I was low on protein, and I've been on Biotin for 12 months, so that's baffling, too. Well, I'm glad I have at least one other person to commiserate with in this part of the journey! I think we will get beyond this, but we have to tough it out.

Well I’m going on week three of my plateau and I’m starting to lose hair again. Can’t lose weight but my hair oh yeah that’s definitely falling?. I guess I’ll just wait it out and probably get a hair cut if this hair loss keeps up.

How many strands of hair in a pound?[emoji38]

Checking in with my fellow July sleevers to see how everyone is doing. I was sleeved July 10th and hit onederland recently. Feels great. Losing hair like crazy. How’s everyone else doing?

@nibble I did a reverse search on the image and it did a search on "fit image". It came up with my pic, pinterest link along with many more sculptures https://www.pinterest.com/ronmueck/sculpture-v2/?lp=true . Changed search to "fit image sculpture and this clean female version came up https://www.pinterest.com/pin/550002173217529455/?lp=true

I'm pretty sure I came across it on Pinterest while in one of my many rabbit hole searches. Did not do anymore searching on history or who made the original though. Hope this helps.

Thanks J - I found both. Hope someday to learn the artist of these. Pretty cool!

Congratulations to you on reaching Onederland. I was just happy to reach Twonderland. Never expected to be able to say I'm down 75# since consult, or 57# since surgery July 17. After a depressing 2 month adjustment phase (aka "stall") I've lost one pound per day this week. Don't understand this but guess I don't have to understand it, just go with it! And yes, continuing hair loss. Added Lysine to my meds, along with the Biotin I've taken for 12 months. How about the rest of our July Sleevers?

congrats everyone!! i’m down 86 since HW and 56 since surgery, slowing down but i need to start working out and i know it’ll continue. losing hair like crazy, but on biotin. having a teeny bit of difficulty making food choices (now that i can tolerate stuff i’m trying more. had 1/4 of a philly cheese steak this weekend on a trip and felt like i wanted to puke the rest of the night so lesson learned but honestly shouldn’t have done it in the first place).
