Hi everyone. I've loved having this here as a resource I think I'm on it 10 times a day So thanks everyone!
I'm now 11 days post sleeve and I've been eating pureed soup, starting with thin and strained and now fairly thick but still blended, and protein shakes with no problem and feel like I could eat solids for sure.
My dietician just sent me my diet sheet for the next 3 days and to my great joy it has boiled chicken and mashed potato. I've been so hungry since the op I'm really excited to eat some solid food! My question is that it seems soon compared to everyone else from what I'm reading online and that concerns me a bit. Did anyone else begin that phase at this stage? Just FYI my programme does seem different to a lot of people's. I didn't do a pre op liquid diet just low calorie until the day before and then I had no food at all
